Section 1

Contributions Contributions, gifts, and bequests may be accepted for the treasury of EAC at any time when they are without restrictions as to use. Any conditions attached to such use must first be approved by the GGEA Board of Directors prior to final acceptance.

Section 2

Fiscal Year The fiscal year of EAC shall be the same as the fiscal year of GGEA/CTA/NEA.

Section 3

Expenditures of and Accounting for Funds The EAC Board of Directors shall be responsible for establishing and maintaining adequate procedures for the control and expenditures of funds, subject to the control and policy-making and supervisory governance bodies.
